Built in the 19th Century, the two-storey cottage is constructed of stone that was hidden from view behind a faded yellow mortar rendering. In 2004 it was gutted and entirely reconstructed internally. This has created a large living room with dining area, an American-style kitchen, and a shower-room/WC. On the first floor is a gallery room with twin beds, and the principal room with a double bed.

The Living and Dining Area (31m2)

The large living room has two comfortable armchairs and a settee that converts to a two person bed if more than four people are staying.

The table has four chairs, and two more will be provided if required.

The downstairs area is open plan, which ensures a light and airy feel.

The Kitchen (6m2)

The kitchen has worktops on two sides and ground level cupboards.

There is a cooker, fridge, and microwave, it is stocked with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and other pots, pans and utensils.

Gallery twin-bedded & Double bedroom

The gated stairs lead to the twin bedroom, and the principal double bedroom.

Both rooms have bedside tables with lamps, chests of drawers, hanging rails, and extra blankets.

The rooms are 9.5m2 and 11m2 respectively.

Shower Room (7m2)

The well proportioned shower room is on the ground floor, and is fully tiled and has a shower, toilet, towel rail, and wash stand/vanity unit.

Outside Areas

You have your own street entrance leading to a courtyard with garden table and chairs. There is a charcoal BBQ for your use, and you are welcome to use the garden area.

The garden is approx one hectare in area.

Parking is off-road in our private driveway.
